Job Description: As the Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks aimed at improving our business processes and operational efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct in-depth data analysis, extract actionable insights, and create reporting dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Process Mapping: Collaborate with teams to document and visualize existing processes, identifying areas for improvement.
• Business Process Reengineering: Redesign and optimize business processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Workforce Analysis: Analyze workforce data to optimize staffing levels, skills, and allocation to meet organizational objectives.
• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain operational and financial models using tools such as Excel, R, or Python to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Simulation Modeling: Build and analyse simulation models to assess the impact of process changes and make informed recommendations.
• Result Reporting: Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial engineering, operations research, finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in data analysis, process improvement, and modelling.
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, R, Python, and data visualisation software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently, managing multiple projects.
